Sheree is an absolute superstar personal trainer with a huge amount of respect in the NZ health and fitness industry. With decades of training and group fitness experience Sheree has worked with everyone from women who are just starting out through to elite level athletes.

About Lauren

With a background of competitive netball and cheerleading, Lauren is a qualified personal trainer  and is currently studying to become a nutrition coach (along with a law degree). She has trained the likes of singer Lily Allen and heads a number of fitness classes around Auckland. Lauren is the perfect fit if you are looking to lose weight, or have a goal to reach.

About Sala

Sala started off as a personal training client, then became a qualified group fitness instructor and now is completing a Level 4 Personal Training Certificate. Her own transformation is inspirational and makes her an amazing trainer for anyone trying to better themselves. She has also recently gone through a ACL knee reconstruction giving her first-hand experience of sports injury rehabilitation.
